• Hello! I’ve been using Duolingo for over two years now and can honestly say that customer care is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From their helpful FAQs to duolingo customer service they make it easy to get help when you need it. Whenever I have a question or problem, their support team provides an answer or solution almost immediately. It makes me feel like my problem matters and that someone is actively working on it right now instead of leaving me waiting for an answer in a few days.
