Guest
I’ve been using the Liven app for about two months now because I hit a point where I couldn’t tell if my ADHD symptoms were getting worse or if I was just constantly exhausted. Turned out it was both. I started tracking my mood and energy levels, and the app helped me notice a pattern—on days after crappy sleep, I’m way more impulsive and forgetful. Like, to the point where I was missing meetings and double-booking myself. Still struggling with consistency, but even just noticing those trends has made it easier to prep for rough days. Anyone else feel like bad sleep just derails your whole brain?

Guest
Totally get that. I went through the same thing and this helped me. I used to think I was just in a bad mental rut, but poor sleep was seriously amplifying everything—brain fog, irritability, zero motivation. I didn’t even connect the dots until I read more about adhd and sleep and realized how sleep debt basically turns ADHD symptoms up to 11. Started sticking to a sleep window and cutting caffeine earlier, and it’s been helping more than I expected.

Guest
I’ve always felt like ADHD makes your day feel like you’re trying to run apps on a phone with 10% battery. You’re functioning, but barely, and everything lags. And people just assume you’re being lazy or forgetful, when it’s really like you’re juggling five invisible things at once. I don’t think most folks realize how much energy just managing your thoughts can drain, even when you’re “rested.”
