In this era of globalization, the world of education has quite a positive or negative impact. On the positive side, students are required by the times to be more creative in guiding and teaching, of course assisted by developing technology support tools. However, it is precisely this negative impact that is sometimes more dominant, such as children who are easily addicted to smartphones, online games. Seeing the above phenomenon, as educators, especially parents, must be more persistent in improving the function of mentoring their children in the household. In addition, educational institutions also improve the quality of the implementation of their duties and roles in the educational institutions they manage. As a reminder, in the mandate of Law No. RI. 20 of 2003, Article 40 paragraphs 1 and 2, there are three main educators implied in it, namely, educating, teaching, and guiding their students. Seeing this mandate, educators have a duty to maintain good values for the generation of the Indonesian nation. The thing that has not been refuted until now is the existence of inhibiting or supporting factors for implementing the tasks of educators in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM). These factors come from oneself, outside of education or from both; such as family economic conditions, marital status, number of children, side jobs, cultural differences, location and school conditions, and so on. In addition, there are also new challenges that continue to emerge in the context of implementing the professional duties of teachers or educators, along with the issuance of Law No. 14 of 2005 and PP RI No. 19 of 2005 is a normative challenge in the form of teacher certification as a guarantee of passing the competency test as a professional teacher. From here, the teacher or educator must be qualified according to certain standards as evidenced by a certificate. The two main criteria above are; meet the minimum biodata jennie formal education academic qualifications of diploma four (D-IV) or bachelor (S1), and meet the standard of competence as a learning agent (PP RI No. 19 of 2007, Article 28, paragraphs 1-3). This is to realize the goals of National education listed in PP RI No. 19 of 2005, Article 8, Paragraph 1. But it is very unfortunate, when honorary teachers do not meet these qualifications, and the certificate is forced not to be obtained. So that the rights as teachers are not fulfilled to the fullest, even though how many honorary teachers have been trying to teach for decades but their rights are hampered because of certification.
