<p>Hello! I am currently looking for a job and am thinking of contacting a recruiting agency to quickly find a suitable vacancy. I have heard many reviews, both good and not so good, and now I doubt whether it is worth going this way. Which agencies are better to choose for finding a job in a specific field, and how does interaction with them work in general? I am interested in whether I need to pay for their services, and what questions should be asked at the first stage to understand whether the agency is serious about helping. I would be glad to hear any advice on this matter.</p>
