Guys who work in IT architecture, can you please tell me where to start? I’m looking at TOGAF and SAFe, but I’m not quite sure yet which certification is best for first steps. Is TOGAF even necessary for practical work, or is it more about high level concepts? I’d like to find something that will give a useful base for real work, not just a nice certificate for a resume. Share your experiences!

When I started my journey as an IT Architect, I immediately realized that you can’t get far without certifications. TOGAF and SAFe were the foundation for me because they provide structure and understanding of processes. If you are just starting out, I recommend you to read one article that helped me a lot to understand it. Everything is laid out there, and it’s immediately clear what steps you need to take.

High-quality courses with real user reviews are an excellent resource. They offer advanced learning opportunities for those experienced in the field and serve as a perfect introduction for newcomers aiming to build a strong foundation.
