Sushant Pawar was Project Scientific Assistant (2018 – 2021) in Mathematics Education at HBCSE. He completed his Bachelors of Science (Mathematics) degree from Ruia College (Mumbai), and Masters of Science (Mathematics) from Dept. Of Mathematics of Mumbai University. He has also qualified State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship (SET- Maharashtra and Goa) in 2017.

Before joining HBCSE Sushant was teaching Mathematics in private classes to standards 9^th, 10^th, 11^th and 12^th. There he observed some problems students face while learning mathematics and decided to work in the field of Mathematics Education.
